Saraswati Dental College Hosts “Sarang 2025”
Saraswati Dental College & Hospital, Lucknow, held ‘Sarang 2025’—the Convocation Ceremony for its BDS batch—on November 13, 2025. The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by Mrs. Madhu Mathur, Chairperson, Saraswati group of Institutions, Dr. Rajat Mathur, President, SDC&H, Dr. Smita Mathur, Director, SHRC & BSM College of Nursing, Dr. Kunal Sah, Principal, SDC&H, Lt. Col. Sandhya, Director Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Dr. Sunira Chandra, Dean PG Studies, Col. (Dr.) A.K. Jha, Dean UG Studies, Dr. Alka Yadu, Dean Basic Sciences and NAAC advisor, Cdr. Sumit Ghosh. This was followed by Dr. Sah leading the Oath Ceremony, where the new generation of doctors take the Hippocratic oath and pledge service to society. The top-performers in curriculars and co-curriculars were commended by the dignitaries during the felicitation ceremony. The passing out batch then reminisced about their journey and growth through the course while the parents shared their appreciation for the safety, comfort and warmth of SDC&H. The audience was engaged by students with their charming performances in various cultural events. The final address by Dr. Rajat Mathur emphasized compassion and integrity in dental practice and reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to holistic education.

सरस्वती डेंटल कॉलेज और हॉस्पिटल, लखनऊ, ने अपनी बीडीएस बैच के लिए ‘सरंग 2025’—स्नातक समारोह—का आयोजन किया, जो 13 नवंबर, 2025 को संपन्न हुआ। समारोह की शुरुआत सरस्वती ग्रुप ऑफ़ इंस्टीट्यूशंस की चेयरपर्सन श्रीमती मधु माथुर, एसडीसी और एच के प्रेसिडेंट डॉ. राजत माथुर, एसएचआरसी एवं बीएसएम कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग की डायरेक्टर डॉ. स्मिता माथुर, एसडीसी और एच के प्रिंसिपल डॉ. कुणाल साह, डायरेक्टर नर्सिंग और पैरामेडिकल साइंसेज ले. कर्नल संध्या, पीजी अध्ययन की डीन डॉ. सुनीरा चंद्रा, यूजी अध्ययन के डीन कर्नल (डॉ.) ए.के. झा, बेसिक साइंसेस की डीन, डॉ. अलका यदु और एनएएसी सलाहकार कमांडर सुमित घोष द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन से की गई।
इसके बाद डॉ. साह ने शपथ समारोह का नेतृत्व किया, जहाँ नए डॉक्टर्स ने हिप्पोक्रेटिक शपथ ली और समाज की सेवा के लिए प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की। पाठ्यक्रम और सह-पाठ्यक्रम गतिविधियों में शीर्ष प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को समारोह में उपस्थित गणमान्य व्यक्तियों द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया। पासिंग आउट बैच ने अपने कोर्स के दौरान की यात्रा और विकास को साझा किया, जबकि माता-पिता ने एसडीसी और एच में सुरक्षा, आराम और गर्मजोशी के लिए अपनी प्रशंसा व्यक्त की।
छात्रों द्वारा विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों में आकर्षक प्रस्तुतियों ने दर्शकों का मनोरंजन किया। समारोह के अंतिम संबोधन में डॉ. राजत माथुर ने डेंटल प्रैक्टिस में करुणा और ईमानदारी के महत्व पर जोर दिया और संस्थान की समग्र शिक्षा के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दोहराया।
